As clearly stated in the headline of this posting. Quite recently, Kak Mah (remembered the lady that mostly talked about in My Umrah posting) invited me to have a vacation trip with her. The options were quite dazzlingly tough as there were 3 destinations to choose from; Korea, Turkey, and the great land of Lord of The Ring....New Zealand. Mashaallah!!
After much weighing done, we decided to go with the magnificent land called Turkey. Also, after much deliberation, we decided to choose Tabung Haji Travel Services (Malaysia) as our travel agent. Reasons to be were a plenty but one of the reasoning was that we want to taste the utmost flavor that Turkey has to offer without hassling ourselves with logistic matters, should we go on backpacker's mode.
This trip to Turkey (still can't believe we will be going there and still jumping with joy) will be on the 13/14th of Sept 2017 till 23/24rd of Sept 2016. As you can see, this is in tandem with the Eid al-Adha which is also called 'Sacrifice Feast' or 'Bakr-Eid' but in Turkey, it is called Kurban Bayrami (mouth-fully pronounced - koor-BAHN bahy-rah-muh). In Turkey, this celebration will last till 4-5 days and is expected to start on the 12th of Sept 2016.
Mahan Air (a private airlines based in Tehran, Iran) will be used to commune us from Malaysia to Imam Khomeini International Airport - Tehran (up to 3 hours of transit hour) and further to Istanbul Ataturk Airport - Istanbul, Turkey.

The month of September 2016 in Turkey will be a month of galore as from 9th Sept till 11th Oct, Turkey will be celebrating Grape Harvest Festival in Urgup/Cappadocia (Cappadocia is the center of an important grape and wine-producing region in Central Anatolia).
